This is a sci-fi mod based on future conceptual equipment, such as the army's FCS and Land Warrior systems.
If your mod manager fails to detect the mod, try restarting and see if mod manager is set to proper "Game Directory" (at the top of the mod manager). The Air Power Mod will be a full conversion mod for Act of War: High Treason. Players will start with either bases or naval fleets, with either an airfield or aircraft carrier forming the center of their starting base or fleet. Note that Shipyards autoheal themselves, but can't be repaired otherwise. "You are accessing the classified database of the Task Force Talon". You will start the game with a Shipyard, which can build only naval units.
